Delta Force has officially reached a new milestone on Steam, breaking its all-time concurrent player record with more than 213,500 users logged in simultaneously. This achievement came shortly after the game’s highly anticipated launch on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, further fueling momentum for the free-to-play first-person shooter developed by TiMi Studio Group.

Originally revealed as Delta Force: Hawk Ops, the title debuted on PC in January 2025 before expanding to mobile platforms in April. Its August 19 arrival on current-generation consoles opened the doors to cross-platform play, uniting gamers across PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Third Steam Record in Just Three Months

According to SteamDB, Delta Force reached 213,519 concurrent players on September 6, 2025. This marks the third time within three months that the game has set a new record, surpassing its previous peak of 210,413 players recorded on August 25. What makes this achievement unique is that it wasn’t tied to a major content update. Instead, the surge is largely credited to the broader console launch, proving the impact of expanding the game’s ecosystem to multiple platforms.

Upcoming Content – Delta Force Season 6

TiMi Studio Group is not slowing down. The studio announced that Season 6, titled "War Ablaze," will begin on September 23, 2025. This update will include:

  • New Warfare Map – Fault, designed for large-scale battles.

  • New Weapons such as the 7.62mm MK47 Assault Rifle for close combat and the .45-70 Lever-Action Rifle for long-range encounters.

  • Potential addition of the F-45A Fighter Jet, hinted at through recent leaks.

These updates are expected to keep both competitive and casual players engaged as the game continues to grow its audience.

Esports and Events

The competitive side of Delta Force is also gaining momentum. The 2025 Delta Force Invitational will take place from September 19–21, bringing together 12 teams from 8 global regions to crown the game’s first-ever world champions. Additionally, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers have until September 19 to claim the exclusive Delta Force Immortal Supplies Bundle, available since the beginning of the month.

A Promising Future

With record-breaking numbers, cross-platform growth, and a steady roadmap of new content, Delta Force has positioned itself as one of the fastest-rising shooters of 2025. If the momentum continues, TiMi Studio Group could be on track to establish Delta Force as a long-term competitor in the live-service FPS space, rivaling genre giants already dominating the market.
