Umamusume: Pretty Derby players have a new reason to log in, as Cygames has kicked off its “Golshi Week Celebration” — a limited-time event packed with free rewards and fresh in-game content. The campaign, which runs from August 7 to August 22, showers players with Carats, Monies, Gold Ship Star Pieces, and even daily free pulls from the Support Card gacha banner.
Since launching its global version in late June, Umamusume has quickly gained traction among both fans and popular streamers like Ludwig and Northernlion. Cygames has kept the momentum going with a steady stream of new Trainees and Support Cards, most recently introducing the first playable Narita Taishin and the powerful “Fire at My Heels” Kitasan Black Support Card. Golshi Week continues this streak of fan-pleasing updates.
During the event, players can collect up to 5,640 Carats simply by logging in — that’s 564 Carats a day for 10 days. A new “Golshi Mode” difficulty has also been added to Career Mode, offering up to 1.2 million Monies and unique missions that award Gold Ship Star Pieces.
Golshi Week Highlights:
-
Dates: August 7 – August 22
-
Daily Login Reward: 564 Carats, up to 10 days (5,640 total)
-
New Mode: Golshi Mode in Career, with bigger Monies payouts

Generosity has been a hallmark of Umamusume’s global launch. Cygames frequently hands out resources to celebrate milestones, from 1,500-Carat gacha bonuses to commemorations for hitting major social media follower counts. Past events have also included daily free gacha pulls, a perk returning for Golshi Week.
Looking ahead, August promises even more content. Upcoming additions include new Trainees such as Smart Falcon, Narita Brian, and wedding-themed versions of Mayano Top Gun and Air Groove. The game will also host its first “Champion’s Meeting” competitive event — the Taurus Cup — starting August 17.
With Golshi Week now underway and more updates on the horizon, Umamusume: Pretty Derby fans have plenty to keep them logging in.
